I'm having difficulty placing an order, who should I contact?

What is your return policy?

We will accept new and unused items for return or exchange. Please email marie@huepolish.com for assistance.

Can I cancel my order?

If the order has not shipped yet, you can email marie@huepolish.com to cancel. If the order has shipped, you will have to wait to receive it and then initiate a return.

What are your payment options?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as apple pay.

What if I have issues with my received order? Broken/missing/wrong items?

Please take pictures of the broken items and email the images along with the order number to marie@huepolish.com.

How long does shipping take and do you offer international shipping?

We process orders in 1-2 business days and have orders shipped within 3-5 business days. We do offer international shipping.

Do you offer free shippping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $100.

Do you have a minimum order amount?

Yes, the minimum order amount is $20.
